This place is perfect, clean, with polite staff, extremely comfy beds, good-sized room, and all the facilities needed.

Thanks for really good time here! The venue is clean, with favourable and absolutely perfect location very close to Restaurants in Saugerties, and the United States. The staff is very pleasant and affable. The breakfast includes decent food like toast, cereal, pastries and eggs.

The inside of the hotel was great except there was no elevator and the stairs were really steep. We had a plumbing issue and a badly hung door and both problems were fixed very quickly. Breakfast had a great variety and terrific coffee, and the person in charge did a fantastic job cleaning up, getting more food, etc.

That breakfast room is just tooooo small for the numbers of guests. Parking was an issue, too, but I think that was because the front of the hotel was being painted and re-done. I sure wish you had someone to haul suitcases up and down those terrible stairs.
